How do I receive my mockup files after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link via email. You can also access your files at any time through your Akoya Mockups account dashboard.
What file formats are included in the downloads?
Most of our mockups are provided as high-resolution PSD files with smart object layers for easy editing. We also include high-quality JPEG or PNG previews for your convenience.
Can I use these mockups for commercial projects?
Yes, all our mockups come with a standard commercial license, allowing you to use them for client work, social media marketing, and professional portfolios.
Do you offer refunds on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you encounter a technical issue with a file, please contact our support team and we will resolve it immediately.
Do I need Adobe Photoshop to use these files?
While our PSD files are optimized for Adobe Photoshop, they are also compatible with other software that supports PSD layers and smart objects, such as Photopea or Affinity Photo.
Are the background colors and textures customizable?
